Genesis IVF created history on 23 February 2004 by helping Mrs. Pappathi Subramaniam, a 64-year-old woman, achieve motherhood, a breakthrough that stunned medical professionals worldwide. This extraordinary case became internationally acclaimed, featured across global media, and continues to hold a dedicated page on the BBC’s website even today.
This milestone was made possible through our advanced Blastocyst Culture (Tissue Culture Technology), which overcame every implantation challenge associated with advanced maternal age. The achievement also marks Mr. Subramaniam (74 years) and Mrs. Pappathi (64 years) as one of the eldest parents in the world, reinforcing Genesis IVF’s reputation for pioneering reproductive science with compassion and excellence.
